Envisioned and built this highly successful multimillion dollar manufacturing business venture.

Directed all aspects of business operations: developed, manufactured, packaged, and sold products to the electronic industry to a worldwide customer base. Produced equipment/products requiring electrically conductive fabrics that that were die cut, sewn, or ultra sonic welded. Aggressively prospected and secured new business opportunities; developed and maintained customer base comprised of several major companies including 3M, ITW, IBM, etc. Recruited and supervised personnel in all key business areas including finance, production, purchasing, and sales; managed 6 direct reports and up to 105 indirect reports.

     Established and grew this startup manufacturing company; served as a ‘Private Labeler’ for client base, manufacturing equipment for the electronic industry.

•    Navigated through electronics industry meltdown during 2001 suffering a 70% decrease in revenues; reduced plant space, rented unused areas, negotiated cost-effective pricing with suppliers, and expanded to other industries, thereby restoring company to a profitable position.  

•   Maintained long-term business relationships with large customers and suppliers located throughout the US, Canada, and various other global locations.

•   Recognized as Inventor/Owner of 1 US Patent and Owner of a 2nd US Patent.
